Have serviceman check termperature as well to ensure 120F. Unit appeared to be getting hotter but didn't quite reach proper temperature during inspection runs. *Violation must be corrected within 48 hours. Until unit is repaired; all glassware must be washed in main kitchen dishwasher.*
