Observed baby food items stored in delivery load with personal hygeine cleaning items. Pedialite stored with baby soap/shampoo in plastic transportation tote container. Discussed with operator to store food separate from any type of chemicals including hygeine products to prevent possible chemicals cross contamination.Food and beverages are hermetically sealed but it is not a good practice to store any type of chemicals next to or with food products. Manager will be discussing violation with district manager and follow up with health inspector at 328-2682.

Do maintain a debris free pad to prevent vermin harborage.
