Observed cardboard type board on top shelf of dairy reach in fridge. Remove this board and it impeeds air flow to bottom shelves and is not smooth and easily cleanable. Deep clean mop room to prevent attraction of pests or vermin.

Observed caulking around all toilets in both restrooms dirty and missing. Recaulk around all toilets to ensure areas are smooth and easily cleanable.Observed grate missing over floor drain in mop room. Replace this grate to prevent access by vermin.

Observed sections of cove base in mens restroom and mop room peeling away from wall. Reattach these sections or replace them with new to ensure all walls are smooth and easily cleanable.Observed areas of wall surrounding mop sink warped and coming away from wall. Ensure no extensive water damage behind wall and replace areas with a material that is water resistant.

Ice from Artic Glacier. Dairy fridge @ 28F. Good product dates. Snack cooler @ 41F. Good product dates. Ice cream reach in freezer @ 0F. Hazardous chemcial storage good. Nestle freezer @ -20F. Good grocery product dates throughout facility. No evidence of pests. Store manager noticed some acrtivity in May and they have CPO service every two weeks.

Dates are good.-Food storage is good.-Outside garbage is stored properly.-Ice is from Arctic Glacier.-Facility uses Western as PCO. No pest problems.-Restrooms properly stocked.

Observed breakroom area including floors with visible soil and food debris buildup. Facility shall keep breakroom clean and in a sanitary condition.

All food properly stored off ground.All dairy and egg dates current.Cold holding checked OK and recorded < 40 F. One walk in unit was recorded at 60 F but no potentially hazardous food that require refrigeration was stored in walk in. Grocery manager has work order in for repairs. Do not store any perishable foods into unit until repaired and cold holding at 40 F.Handsinks properly stocked with liquid soap and sanitary disposable towels. No chemicals stored next to food. Grocery store does not sell damaged food products. Pest control operator inspects facility regularly.Discussed with operator to keep lids to garbage can closed outside to prevent vermin attraction.

Observed employee break room dirty. Reviewed with operator to have employee refrigerator cleaned of all heavy visible soil and floor cleaned on a daily basis. Do have employees organize their personal belongings and store in a sanitary manner in break room.

All use by dates current; first in; first out method of rotaion being used in grocery store.All food properly stored; No chemicals stored next to food. All chemicals propelry stored and labeled.Garbage area free of loose debris. Store has an active pest control operator who services store monthly.Grocery store has a no sale on damaged food policy.

All food products are commercially pre-packaged; no Certified Food Protection Manager required.Walk-in refrigeration unit with dairy products checked at 37 degrees.Restrooms checked in good condition.Facility observed very clean with good food storage.Facility is monitored by Western Pest Control on a monthly basis.
