Do label or stamp all ice bags with name of manufacturer for sales of bag ice in grocery store. Cold holding 1 door refer for sandwiches noted at 34 F. Food properly stored. General Comments that relate to this Inspection Snackbar has intalled a new 3 compartment stainless steel sink in back room along with a handwashing sink.Snackbar will be issued a risk category 1 health permit. A food safety manager will not be required as long as the snackbar stays with serving hotdogs; nachoes and other commercially prepared frozen pizzas and burritoes. Handsink properly stocked with liquid soap and sanitary disposable towels.Chorine test strips on site. 3 compartment sink plumbed indirectly to sanitary sewer. Chemicals properly stored and cold holding units within regulations < 41 F.OK to issue permit; OK to operate.Please post official health permit in a visible spot of snackbar once received. An annual inspection will be conducted within 90 days. This inspection will be unannounced.

General Comments that relate to this Inspection This snackbar will be serving hotdogs and nachos. The following construction requirements shall be corrected prior to issuing health permit to operate a snackbar:** Please contact Reno Environmental Control for any grease interceptor requirements prior to doing any construction. Their contact is 334-2168. They may require a grease interceptor to be installed once a three compartment sink or commercial dishwasher is installed. **1) A three compartment sink shall be installed to properly wash; rinse and sanitize food service equipment used in the operations of the snackbar. This includes the icescoop; the tongs and utensils used for grilling hot dogs on the hot dog roller; etc. An NSF commercial dishwasher may be installed in place of the 3 compartment sink. Both require an indirect plumbing into a floor sink.2) All ceiling tiles in the back dishroom shall be smooth; and easily cleanable. The drop done accoustical ceiling tiles are not acceptable in back kitchen area. 3) A handsink shall be placed within 25 visisble feet of the prep area and dishwashing area. 4) A chemical test kit for either bleach or quat sanitizing solution. 5) A food thermometer to record and monitor both hot and cold holding temperatures. 6) A "No Smoking" sign at front entrance.All these items shall be corrected and a reinspection conducted prior to issuing health permit. Please call Kim when ready for inspection and all items corrected at 328-2682.

General Comments that relate to this Inspection This grocery store will be selling all prepackaged foods. No open foods will be offered for sale.A fountain machine and a coffee/cappucinno maker will be offered to customers.Facility has a NSF one compartment stainless steel sink; a separate mop sink and a handsink.All handsinks observed properly stocked with liquid soap and sanitary disposable towels. Walk in noted at 36 F and all other cold holding units checked OK and within regulations.Ice machine observed clean and air gap available. Please post a "no smoking" sign at front door and place all loose garbage bags into dumpster. Garbage service is from Waste Management. This grocery store will be a assigned a risk category 1 heatlh permit. This grocery store will not be required to have a Certified Food Protection Manager to be on site as long as all food is commercially prepared and prepackaged. OK to operate; OK to issue health permit. The official health permit will be sent to facility via USPS. Please post this in a conspicous spot of the grocery store. An annual inspection will be conducted within 90 days. This inpsection will be unannounced.
