General Comments that relate to this Inspection This restaurant will be assigned a risk category 2 health permit. A certified food protection manager is required to be employed at this restaurant as a full time employee (30 hours a week minimum) who will have operational supervision of the food safety and training of this restaurant. The facility has 60 days to comply with this regulation.Please correct the following:1) Post "handwashing signs" at each handwash sink.2) Fill all holes in stainless steel wall at cookline to be smooth and easily cleanable.3) Provide food thermometers to monitor temperatures of food.4) Post a "no smoking" sign at front entrance.5) Provide sanitary disposable towels at every handsink.6) Label spray bottle that contains plain water with the name of its contents to prevent misuse. Please have all of these items corrected by 12/29/15.Notes:Cold holding units checked OK and within regulations < 41 F. Dishwasher noted at 50 ppm; Quat dispensor dispensing quat @ 200 ppm. Reviewed with operator proper concentrations for approved sanitizer used in restaurant.Ice machine observed clean. Equipment in kitchen is NSF; new and clean. Discussed no bare hand contact with ready to eat foods and handwashing procedures. Ecolab services facility for pest control and sanitizing equipment.OK to operate; OK to issue health permit.An annual inspection will be conducted within 90 days. This inspection will be unannounced. Do post official health permit once received via USPS in a conspicous spot to consumers along with the food safety manager certificate on site.
