General Comments that relate to this Inspection No current Washoe County Certified Food Protection Manager on staff.Facility meets commercial kitchen requirements.The following restrictions apply:- The facility may cut; serve; prepare; store fresh fruits and vegetables with the exception of melons; leafy greens and tomatoes. No sprouts. No honey to children under one year of age. Bulk milk and juice must be pasteurized. May prepare all Non-potentially hazardous foods from scratch.- No PHF from bulk without a Certified Food Protection Manager. OK to serve PHF which are commercially prepackaged for individual service (e.g. string cheese sticks; fruit cup; apple sauce cup; etc.).- No bare hand contact with Ready To Eat foods. Use gloves in conjunction with hand washing.- May reheat food from home provided: The food is for that child exclusively; bagged lunches are individually labeled; lunches are refrigerated (ice packs ok); the warmed food must be for immediate consumption with no reservice of leftovers. Any utensils brought from home must be returned the same day.
