No violations noted at time of reinspection. Operator acquired chlorine test strips for bleach sanitation.Observed cleaning towels in a bucket of sanitizing solution. Tested at 50 ppm.Operator is running a snack bar (hot dogs; corn dogs; sausages and taquitos) without a snack bar permit. Operator was informed at routine inspection that a second permit would be required or snack bar operations would have to cease. Called the office and they confirmed that no application was submitted for a new permit.Operator has a ServSafe Certicate and is a registered CFPM with Washoe County. Hot/cold running water.3-compartment sink is available and proper checmicals stocked. Discussed with operator how to set up; chemical concentrations and testing procedures for sink. Ensure all sanitizers and cleaning chemicals used are approved for cleaning food contact surfaces.Discussed pest management. No vermin activity observed. Tin cat trap empty.Discussed employee exclusion policy. (48 hours from end of symptoms).Operator is currently utilizing a hot dog rolle/grillr. Operator does not have a snack bar permit. A separate permit is required for the sale of prepared/cooked foods. Operator will have 7 days to apply for a snack bar permit or cease and desist use of hot dog grill. Operator was given an application to apply for a new permit and a fee schedule.
