The following was inspected:Market area behind service counter with pre-packaged ready-to-eat foods.Refer holding at 39f; burrito @ 40f; sandwiches @ 39f; juices @ 39fAll foods dated and labeled; and discarded if past sell by dateCoffee machine is plumbed directly into water systemarea was clean and clear of debrisStorage area in the back was clean and clear; all product stored as required.Freezer in back holding @ 10f; frozen pre-packaged good stocked in locked freezer prior to being rotated to front refer.Employee restrooms are clean with pump soap and paper towels and hand blower to dry hands.No Violations observed at the time of inspection.

Observed burned out bulbs in cold holding units. Replace light bulbs to ensure proper viewing of all food product.

Sandwich fridge @ 36F. *Replace thermomter in this unit as current one has separated. Drink fridge @ 35F. Freezer @ 18F. Good product storage in all units and dry storage. Good product dates. Sandwiches/burritos are received frozen and defrosted in reach-in units and date coded to be discarded after 10 days.
