Frozen foods kept frozen. Walk in cooler clean and organized; no drips in condenser. Pest control is Orkin once per month. Floors and shelves clean with no visible signs of pests or filth.Dumpster good. Discussed employee health and 48hr exclusion after gastroinstinal symptoms stop.
