General Comments that relate to this Inspection The items noted on the inspection conducted on 11/21/2014 have been corrected.The following items must be corrected by 1/14/2015:1) Install atmospheric vaccum breaker on faucet on outlet for chemical dispenser.2) Install a mop sink outside by back door.Ok to use floor sink in kichen to dispose of water from mop bucket also.One CFPM is already on staff full time. Certificate #M140874 expires 7/16/2019. Keep Certificate posted in the establishment.Discussed employee health policy. Employees must be excluded from work if ill with vomiting or diarrhea until 40 hours after symptoms stop.
