Freezer at 5 F.Noted hand sinks stocked and functional in kitchen and in restrooms.Risk category 2 assigned. Facility requires one Certified Food Protection Manager on staff full time.CFPM completed a certification class and passed exam on first attempt; has ServSafe certificate on site; keep certificate posted.Not open yet; facility will open on 9/18/2015.

General Comments that relate to this Inspection Ok to issue permit to operate.Sanitizer dispenser for 3 compartment sink has been installed.Refrigerator and freezer at proper ambient temperatures.The following items are still in progress and will be completed prior to oepning date on 9/8/2015:1. Stock dispenser with soap in prep area and restrooms' hand sinks.2. Provide food equipment and bar counters in food service area.Risk category 2 assigned. Must have one Certified Food Protection Manager on staff full time at this location who has completed a CFP recognized certification course and exam by 11/4/2015.Opening date is scheduled for 9/8/2015.Re-inspection on 9/14/2015 to verify completion of items above.
