See attached procedure-product treated with dry heat -products in sample room and manufacturing room all labeled and stored 6" off the ground-chemical bottles (bleach) labeled and stored properly-restrooms properly stocked and clean-facility has internal laboratory for microorganism testing-discussed recall on Union International Company spices. Per operator; facility does not use the same distributor/suppliers as Union International Company.-per operator; mock recalls are performed at the facility twice per year to verify adequate trace-back and administrative procedures.-regular pest control by Clark-restrooms properly stocked and clean-discussed employee health policies. Ensure ill food handling employees exhibiting high risk symptoms (vomiting; diarrhea; jaundice) are excluded from work for at least 48 hours after their last bout of illness.
