Front make-up fridges was @ 50F. All food items were just from walk-in fridges and were 43-44F and were removed. Need to repair or replace unit holds <=40F. Contact called repairman during inspection.

Observed dust and food debris on the plastic tubs used to store whisks and other cooking utensils across from the dishwasher. Need to clean and sanitize to prevent contamination. Recommend deep cleaning on are more routine basis.

The vinyl laminate around the dubs of dry ingredients are becoming warn with exposed wood. Also observed exposed wood on the ends of the tables. Need to repair/replace surfaces to they are smooth; sealed and easily cleanable.

Observed water leaking from the pipe under the handsink in the potato prep room when the hot water valve was completely open. Need to repair/replace so pipe is not leaking and accumulating water on the floors.
