No signs of pests or vermin.-Outside garbage stored properly.-Hot holding temperatures good. Chicken sandwich 138F; hot dog 143F; taquito 141F;-Reach in cooler at 36F. Hot dogs 36F; taquito 39F.-Donuts had tissue paper.-Utensils were wrapped.-Observed good food storage and good chemical storage.-Sanitizer at 200 ppm Quat. Test strips available.-Mop area clean and organized.-3 compartment sink clean. Not set up during inspection. Discussed proper cleaning of tongs and utensils. Procedure good.-Per manager no other individuals have a CFPM certificate.-Per manager no individuals have taken a CFPM exam and failed the exam within the past year.-Facility is a risk catagory 1 and is no longer required to have a certified food protection manager.
