Bathroom inside the store did not have any hand soap. Towels are available but the dispenser was torn off the wall; contact said he has already requested it to be repaired. Keep hand sinks stocked with soap and paper towels at all times to ensure proper hand washing.

All cold holding checked OK and recorded below 40 F. All food properly stored and no chemicals stored next to food.All dairy dates current.Do clean fanguards in walk in refrigerator of all accumulated dust and dirty buildup.A reinspection is required. Health inspector discussed with person in charge to remove the soda display stored directly on top of floor sink in back corner of grocery store. It was agreed upon by health inspector and owner to use this floor sink as a mop sink to pour dirty mop water down this floor sink. Grocery store must use this to pour mop water down or a mop sink will be required to be installed. Store will be monitored for future compliance.

A handsink has been installed in back office with 2 compartment sink. All sinks have hot and cold running water under pressure with n oleaks. All construction items corrected at time of reinspection.This grocery store will be assigned a risk category 1 health permit. Only prepackaged foods will be sold. Coffee will also be served and all equipment used for coffee making shall be washed rinsed and sanitized. Do use chlorine test strips to monitor sanitizer to be at levels between 50-100 ppm.All handsinks properly stocked with liquid soap and sanitary disposable towels. A reinspection will be conducted after 90 days from this date and will be unannounced. Do post official health permit on site once received via USPS.OK to operate; OK to issue health permit. OK to stock store with food.

The following items need to be corrected prior to issuing health permit:1) Hot and cold water with no leaks must be provided at handsink in employee restroom.2) A handsink will need to be installed next to proposed coffee counter or next to 2 compartment sink.3) Clean all shelves of all visible heavy soil buildup.4) Clean through out store. Wipe down walls of all visible soil.5) Install base coving at front counter. Grocery store does not have a mop sink. Operator gets water from outside hose bib and dumps mop water down floor sink. A two compartment sink is located in back room. Grocery store intends to serve coffee and will wash; rinse and sanitize out of a two compartment sink. Please call health inspector for reinspection 328-2682.
