Based on the risk-level of this facility; service of potentially hazardous food including melons; cut leafy greens and cut tomatoes is prohibited without a certified food protection managed. DISCONTINUE THE SERVICE OF THE ABOVE FOOD ITEMS LISTED ABOVE INCLUDING WATERMELON.

Need to install hand towel dispenser near hand sink or have hand towels readily accessible to staff when washing hands near the sink.
