Continue to monitor this cooler.Facility has hot dog machine and tamale pot in deli. Per operator; they do not use them. Facility does not have a deli or snackbar permit. Remove this equipment. If facility is found using this equipment; possible enforcement action up to and including permit suspension or citation may occur.

Facility does not have a snack bar permit. Discontinue cooking hot dogs. Facility must either apply and be approved for a snackbar permit or remove hot dog cooking equipment. To be approved for a snackbar permit; facility must install a three compartment sink for washing; rinsing; sanitizing of tongs/equipment (facility currently only has a two compartment sink). Facility would also be required to install a handsink in close proximity to three compartment sink (seperate from restroom handsink) in order to wash hands prior to handling clean utensils; etc. Operator would also be required to obtain a Certified Food Protection Manager.
