No violations observed at the time of inspection.OBSERVATIONS & RECOMMENDATIONS:- The only product currently being stored is alcohol and supplements. These are restricted to areas that are for this type of storage only. Other stored items above the foods are non-hazardous (paper product and plastics). Ensure that food is always segregated and chemicals are stored away from foods.- Monthly preventative pest control provided by Pied Piper. Invoices reviewed. Ensure that reports from the PCO are available for review (recommendations; treatment chemicals & traps used; etc.). - All restrooms were stocked and operational.- Warehouse was clean; organized and very well maintained.
