Observed deflector plate on ice machine in need of cleaning. Clean on a more routine basis.

Notes:Restroom properly stocked. Discussed importance of handwashing; especially prior to bagging ice.Walk-in cooler at 39 fObserved good food storage. Facility very clean and well kept.Ice bags are being labeled as noted as last year.Observed hot dog roller in use. This type of food sales does not fall under the parameters of the facility's grocery permit. If facility wishes to do preparation/sales of open food; the facility must apply for and be approved for a snackbar permit. Facility must CEASE AND DESIST all snackbar operations until approved my the health authority. This is the third year in a row this has been noted. Contact Krista at 328-2690 to discuss further;
