Also; the facility will have to contact the health authority for an inspection.

General Comments that relate to this Inspection Snackbar will be assigned a risk category 2 health permit. Frozen prepackaged pizza's will be baked in pizza oven and held hot for purchase. A three compartment sink and handsink installed and hot and cold running water under mechanical pressure observed operational. 3 compartment sink and handsink both drains indirectly to a floor sink. 1)Please install a paper towel dispensor and provide a trash can next to handsink. 2) Please post a "handwashing only" sign at handsink. Keep handsink stocked with liquid soap and sanitary disposable towesl at all times.3) Acquire chlorine test strips for chlorine sanitizer and check solution to be at levels between 50-100 ppm. 4) Relocate the electrical outlet for the pizza oven to be on the west side of the handsink and out of line of handwashing area.This snackbar will be assigned a risk category 2 health permit and will require a Certified Food Protection Manager to be designated to facility who is at least a 30 hour employee. This Food Protection Manager will oversee the safe food handling operations including hygeine and sanitation. This Food Protection Manager must be acquired within 60 days on or before 11/10/12. A list of instructors was given to operator at time of inspection. Call health inspector when this is complete at 328-2682. OK to operate; OK to issue health permit. An annual inspection will be conducted within 90 days. This inspection will be unannounced. Official health permit will arrive in a few weeks. Please post this in a conspicous spot in business.
