Do stock handsink with liquid soap and sanitary disposable towels at all times.

    All food must be sold with the name and address of manufacturer for traceback capabilities. Observed grocery store selling and offering for sale foods that have been opened and sold individually. All food need to be properly labeled including nutritional contents. No bulk open foods are sold at store. Discussed with operator to keep original packaging when offering individual sales of candies with no labels displayed to public.
