Observed no liquid soap and no sanitary disposable towels in only unisex restroom. Keep hand sinks stocked with soap and paper towels at all times to ensure proper hand washing.* Corrected on site. Reviewed with operator importance of proper handwashing to prevent the spread of illness such as colds; flu and noroviruses.

Temped reach in reefer at 39 F. * Facility shall acquire an accurate thermometer for reach in beverage cooler and monitor cold holding to be 40 F or lower.

All use by dates current.Reviewed with operator to have employee restroom be stocked at all times with liquid soap and sanitary disposable towels at all times to promote proper handwashing.Store does not sell any dented cans of food or other damaged food products. Do provide a covered trash can in employee restroom.
