[2] Accurate thermometers; chemical test kits provided; gauge cock (1/4" IPS Valve) Observed chlorine test strips in the bar. They use quat for sanitizer. Ensure proper test strips are provided for the chemicals used. Observed one bucket at 200ppm quat and another bucket at 500ppm quat. Sanitizer concentration should be checked regularly to ensure proper concentration.
[5] Water sources: safe; hot & cold under pressure Water heater is broken - no hot water available to wash hands. Hot and cold water under pressure must be provided. Permit is suspended. Bar must remain closed until reinspection by health authority.
