General Comments that relate to this Inspection No violations noted during inspection: - Hand sink clean and stocked. Stickers left with operator. - Restrooms clean and stocked. - Reach in fridge @ 35F. No milk products used. Only juice and cut fruit. - Three comp sink set up for inspection and contained 400 ppm Quat. *Ensure Quat test strips are on site at all times and sanitizer is tested regularly to ensure proper concentrations. - Good storage in back room. *Store cleaning supplies away from bottled water. - Discussed no bare hand contact rules. Operator will institue procedures for complying with gloves during fruit cutting and use toothpicks/tongs for placing in drinks.-Homestyle dishwasher in bar but only used for washing paint brushes and cups. All consumer glassware washed in three comp sink. - Ice machine clean. Small bowl used for scooping ice and washed and sanitized at end of each party.
