No violations observed at the time of inspectionReviewed last couple of treatment reports. No activity noted. No facility deficiencies noted.Facility was very clean; neat and well organized. Restrooms were stocked and operational.Walk-ins were at adequate temperature for food storage however this facility is only storing product (supplements; etc.) under refrigeration to extend the quality. All product within this facility is shelf stable. Walk-ins observed at 39F; 37F and 42F. All condensate was proplery drained.

OBSERVATIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS:- There is no direct hand contact with product at this facility. Gloves are used in conjunction with hand washing when handling product.- There is some product under refrigeration for quality purposes only. Walk-in coolers are monitored with temperature data loggers. Observed 41F; 38F; 40F; 40F & 44F at the time of inspection.- Preventative pest control is provided on a bi-monthly basis by ORKIN. Reviewed most recent treatment and inspection log on 7/7. Very little activity observed.- Floors/vents are cleaned by an outside service on a quarterly basis.- All chemicals observed were properly stored and labeled.- Facility was neat; clean and well organized.

No violations observed at the time of inspection.NOTES:1) Keep doors (warehouse receiving) closed when not receiving product to limit access to insects and other prohibited animals.2) One of the insect control UV lights is burned out on the east wall of unit F-G. Replace.Active pest prevention observed. Facility was clean and very well organized. This facility repackages food supplements. There are no supplements on the premisis that require refrigeration although some are kept under temperature control for quality purposes.
