-Observed one light in the walk in freezer that needs a cover. Ensure light fixture is properly shilded within 7 days; 07/07/15; to prevent product contamination if the light was to break.

Observed good food storage. Per manager they use the cooler to thaw dough from the freezer.-Tissue paper was provided for the donuts.-Walk in freezer at 0F. Observed good food storage.-Reach in cooler for cakes at 0F.-Prep areas clean and organized.-3 compartment sink set up properly.
