No violations observed at time of inspection. Thank you.All cold holding units checked OK and within regulations. Cold holding units are linked to an electronic monitoring unit and computer which is alarmed to alert if a unit reaches a critical limit. All food properly stored off ground. Dairy dates observed current.No chemicals stored next to food.No damaged food products sold to customers.Employee restrooms and public restrooms observed clean and stocked. Employee breakroom observed clean. Do provide thermometers for both the reach in freezers and refers in employee breakroom.Bags of ice are from an approved source and properly labeled. Store observed to be newly remodeled; clean and organized. Lighting shielded as required.
