MUST HAVE INDIVIDUAL BOWLS FOR EACH CUSTOMER TO REDUCE THE RISK OF CROSS CONTAMINATION OF PRODUCT AND TO HELP REDUCE THE SPREAD OF VIRUSES.DISCUSSED NEW FOOD REGULATIONS OF NO BARE HAND CONTACT OF READY TO EAT FOODS WHICH INCLUDES CONDIMENTS.
