-no food prep or service at time of inspection---no violations--storage refrig @ 38 F.; display frig with yogurt @ 30 F.-food thermometer calibrated and in use for testing cook temperatures on frozens corn dogs; burritos; hamburgers; etc. that are heated in the microwave. All beef products are precooked.-hand wash sink stocked with soap and paper towels and available--two compartment sink plus 1 basin are use for washing a few serving utensils-chlorine test strips available; sanitizer in extra basin used for washing @ 50 ppm.(use sanitizer separate from detergent wash after rinse cycle; allow utensits to air dry after dip in sanitizer.)-facility is clean and well-organized-temperature logs are now being kept on refrigeration unitsThere are no areas of concern at this time.

200) Inaccurate thermometeres/no chemical test kits available. Must provide accurate thermometers/chemical test kits.Food thermometer was out of calibration--corrected immediately. Recalibrated in ice water bath to 32 F. Check food thermometer every week ior so in ice water bath to recalbrate if needed.

No other violations noted. Use the food thermomter to take temperature of corrn dogs and hamburgers (pre-cooked commercial product) at 145 F or above or as indicated on label.Storage refrigerator at 42 F. Food temp at 43 F. Adjusted temp control downward during inspection Maintain at 41 F or below.Hand sinks at food prep area and bath rooms were stocked with soap and water.Most dishes and utencils are single use disposable. A few items for cooking are washed in first bin of 3 compartment sink and rinsed and sanitized in a second basin. Service tables and counters are sanitized with a bleach solution.CFPM was able to relate exclusion time of 48 hrs for vomiting; diarrheal illness after the last bout of illness has ended.

No violations noted. Refrigerator at 32 F. Hot dogs cooked to 198 F internal temp. Stem thermometer is calibrated and accurate. Hand sink stocked. Noted bCFPM washing hands after smoke break. Latte pitcher is washed; rinsed; and sanitized after 2 hours of use. Ice scoop stored properly. Hamburgers and other foods such as burritos are all precocked and reheated in microwave.Previous violation regarding lack of hot water in men's room has been corrected and water is hot in both rest rooms.Reminder to store plastic ware so that all handles are facing up.

NOTES:1) Ensure that all chemicals are stored below and away from all food and food equipment.2) Because a mop/janitor sink is not currently available please use the toilets to dispose of mop water. Do not dump mop water down the dish sink. Use a clean container or the spray hose to fill the mop bucket. Do not place the mop; mop bucket or any other floor cleaning equipment in the dish washing sink.Food handling is limited to drinks (coffee; specialty coffee; soda; bottled water; etc.) and heating up pre-cooked; pre-packed items in the microwave.
