Cooler holding potentially hazardous food ambient temperature of 48 - 53 f. Food product temped at 54 f - 56 f. The following items were voluntarily pulled from cooler. 1 burrito; 3 packs cheese; 4 containers sour cream; 1 half & half; 7 coffee creamers; 7 milks; 17 true moo milks; 3 containers of OJ. Product was placed in walk-in cooler as per employee Gurprit; vendors will provide credit. After vendors have given product credit; product MUST be discarded and not restocked. Repair cooler to maintain 40 f or below or just use cooler for non-potentially hazardous foods ---> ie ---> soda; gatorade; etc. This is a repeat violation.
