Ensure employees sick with vomiting; diarrhea; jaundice; stay out of work at least 48 hours after symptoms have stopped.-Restrooms clean and stocked.-PCO is Ecolab. No signs of pests or vermin.-Walk in coolers and freezers were at proper temperatures. Lights were shielded properly and food was stored properly.-Reach in coolers and freezers were at proper temperatures.-Ice from Arctic Glacier.-Outside garbage stored properly.-Observed proper chemical storage.-Observed proper food storage.-Product dates were good.
