Notes: No violations observed during the inspection. Facility was clean and organized.-Discussed hand washing policy and employee sick policy. Ensure employees sick with gastrointestinal symptoms ie. vomiting; diarrhea; jaundice; stay out of work at least 48 hours after symptoms have stopped.-Restrooms clean and stocked.-Produce cooler at 36F. All product stored at least 6 inches off the floor.-Dairy cooler at 35F. All dates good.-Walk in freezer at -10F. Freezer shared between meat; frozen food and grocery. Freezer was very crowded and hard to move around. Recommend keeping floor clean and fixing gasket on door.-Ice from Arctic Glacier.-Observed proper food storage at least 6 inches off the floor.-Observed proper chemical storage.-Reach in coolers and freezers were working properly.-Mop area clean and organized.-Product dates were good.-PCO is Sterotech on a monthly basis.-No signs of pests or vermin.-Outside garbage stored properly.*No individuals had certified food manager certificates for this facility.*No individuals had taken a certified food manger exam and failed in the last year.

Observed ice formation on the condenser unit in the walk-in cold holding unit for dairy products. Water was dripping on the ground. Need to be repaired or replaced to prevent food contamination. Suggest no food storage under unit until repaired.

Do provide secondary thermometer in all walk in units and place in conspicous spot.Install thermometers in employee reach in cold holding units in breakroom. Thermometer missing in cold holding unit. Ensure all refrigeration and freezer units are stocked with a conspicuously placed thermometer in order to monitor unit temperature.
