Ensure employees sick with vomiting; diarrhea; jaundice; stay out of work at least 48 hours after symptoms have stopped.-Handsink clean and stocked.-Restrooms clean and stocked.-Alcohol advisory posted.-3 compartment sink set up properly. Sanitizer at 300 ppm Quat-Test strips available.-Customer ice was good. Observed good scoop storage.-Spray guns and storage wells were clean.-Observed good chemical storage.-No signs of pests or vermin.-Facility was clean and organized.
