No violations observed at the time of inspection:Kids Cafe Summer Food Service program has food dispensing inside Lemmon Valley Joe Mitchell Center for breakfast and food served outside off a truck for lunch. This inspection conducted for lunch with food dispensed off the truck; all sack lunches dispensed for immediate service. All food products pre-packaged from Washoe County School District; Nutrition Services. All lunches transported with cold-holding ice packs.Temperature logs maintained and checked good.Turkey Cheese sub at 39F.Antimicrobial sanitizer wipes provided to children prior to meal service.

(breakfast inside center)All meals arrive in a pre-packaged state from Washoe County Nutrition Services.Kids Cafe assigned refrigeration checked at <40F.All cold-holding food product temperatures checked good; in addition; refrigeration logs checked good.Observed handsink water temperature with luke warm water; contacted Director; Rick Stevens at Boy's and Girls Club to send a technician out to check the hot-water system. (no warewashing conducted here; however; water temperature should be higher for effective handwashing.

Menu items for breakfast are very limited and include cereal; milk; pre-packaged fruit; baked goods; and yogurt.Facility is following approved HACCP programs; temperature logs for cold-holding breakfast items checked good. Kids Cafe assigned reach-in refrigeration checked at 35 degrees.Facility sanitizes tables with bleach/water solution prior to meal service***Sanitizer wipes provided to all kids prior to meal service.
