General Comments that relate to this Inspection Ok to issue permit to operate.Walk-in cooler at 35 F.Noted hand sinks stocked and functional in prep area and in restrooms.Operation is for catering of events either on site or mainly off site.Food transported in cambro boxes to hold proper temeprature. Food is used up and no food is returned for re-service. Ok to take to donation site any foods that were not set out for service if proper temperatures are mainatined at end of event.Must provide hand wash facilities at site of food service for staff. Provide gloves to prevent bare hand contact with ready to eat foods.Owner obtained LEarn2serve certificate which was issued on 3/18/2015 and expires on 3/18/2020; re-took exam two weeks after taking forst exam and passed on second exam. Owner has proof of course completion which is a ANSI certified per completion form. Owner will send via e-mail copy of certificate ID card and proof of course completion.
