Facility was clean and organized.-Handsinks clean and stocked.-Restrooms clean and stocked.-Alcohol advisory posted.-Observed good utensil storage.-Observed customer ice stored properly and good scoop storage.-Observed good hand washing.-Dishwasher at 100 ppm Chlorine.-Sanitizer at 300 ppm Quat. -Test strips available.-Observed good chemical storage.-Speed guns clean.-PCO is Orkin on a monthly basis. No signs of pests or vermin.
