No violations observed at the time of inspection. Thank you. Notes:- Warehouse is treated every two weeks for preventative pest control by Pied Piper.- Floor cleaning done by dry sweep and scrubber. Scrubber waste water is dumped into the sanitary sewer system via a sand/oil seperator.- No food product with the exception of jars of olives; onions and cherries. All product is shelf stable. No open product at this location.- The majority of product is stored off the floor and all on non-absorbent shelving or racking. Some product stored on lower shelves which are at or near gound level. Recommendations:Recommend relocating shelving at least 6" above the ground to facilitate cleaning or institute a forced rotation or other method in order to clean these areas which tend to accumulate dust and debris.- Compactor observed clean.- All restrooms were stocked and operational- All chemicals observed were clearly labeled and properly stored.
