Bar is open for bowling leagues Tuesday and Wednesday from 5:30 pm to 9pm; and as needed when it its busy.-facility is clean and well maintained-speed guns clean-ice scoops properly stored-dishwasher checked at 50ppm chlorine; test strips available. Do check dishwasher for proper levels of sanitizer when in use.-reach in for half and half at 36F-food properly stored-chemicals labeled and properly stored-regular pest control by Clark - no issues noted at time of inspection-advisory given to operator. Posted in bar area during inspection.-discussed employee health - ensure anyone with gastrointestinal symptoms (vomiting / diarrhea) is excluded for 48 hours after symptoms stop.
