-Cold beverage fridgerator observed at 34F. -Freezer observed at -4F.-Ice comes from Arctic Glacier and is properly labeled.-Restrooms stocked and clean.-Discussed that if there are any pest issues; a licensed pest control operator must complete abatement. No pest issues noted during inpsection.-Dumpsters okay.-Microwave clean.-Hand washing signs provided and must be posted at hand sink.-Hand sink stocked.-Food product dates okay.-Discussed first in; first out proceedures and no issues were noted during inspection.-Discussed employee health and that employees with gastrointestinal illness (vomiting/diarrhea) may not work for 48 hours after symptoms have stopped.-Facility was clean and well kept.

Recommend checking for recalls on www.foodsafety.gov at least monthly. -no pest issues noted at time of inspection-facility is very clean and well maintained-dumpster area clean-discussed employee health - ensure anyone with gastrointestinal symptoms (vomiting / diarrhea) is excluded for 48 hours after symptoms stop.
