Clean thoroughly to prevent vermin attraction and maintain sanitary conditions.No new evidence of vermin noted; but observed several areas in the back store room and liquor room with old mouse droppings. Operato mustr thoroughly clean floors and remove all feces to be able to track progress on eliminating mice.

Operator will report any and all vermin activity to Health Department if self-sevice does not work. Do not put ice back on the sales floor until the machine has been properly cleaned and bags properly labelled.
