Notes:-Ice is from Arctic Glacier.-Milk cooler at 28F. All dates good.-Ice cream reach in freezers good. All product frozen.-Restroom properly stocked with soap; hot water and paper towels.-Outside garbage stored correctly.-PCO is Bonanza. They come every other month in the winter and every month during the summer. No sign of pests or vermin.-Food products are stored correctly at least 6 inches off the ground.-Chemicals are stored correctly.-Facility has a mini fridge they have designated as an employee fridge.-Operator said they have been going through the store section by section and cleaning it up.
