Noted two containers less than hal full with yogurt products being thawed in the sanitizer in warewashing sink. Discontinue thawing containers this way to prevent potential contamination of both yogurt product and sanitizer.

Soap dispensers for two hand sinks in front and back prep areas noted empty. Also; paper towel dispenser for front area hand sink noted empty. Employee stated that they wash hands in the bathroom hand sink when they need to wash hands. Bathroom hand sink is not approved for hand washing except when using the bathroom. Employees are required to wash hands in hand sinks provided in prep areas using soap and paper towels. Employees must also wash hands before putting gloves on to handle foods. Operator must stock the two hand sinks with soap and paper towels and keep them stocked at all times by no later than tomorrow. Employees must use dish soap to wash hands in one of the hand sinks in prep area in the mean time.
