Dairy dates current.Handsinks properly stocked with liquid soap and sanitary disposable towels. Chemicals properly stored and labeled. Date coding observed consistently used on baked products. All food sold (pre-packaged) from approved source.No bare hand contact to ready to eat foods.Observed proper food handling of meats/cheeses (deli) for private event to be held at site facility. * Facility is clean and organized.Bathrooms observed clean and stocked. Chlorine sanitizer noted at 100 ppm.
