Observed good hand washing and good glove use during the inpspection. Per manager no employees have called in sick recently. Ensure employees sick with vomiting; diarrhea; jaundice stay out of work at least 48 hours after symptoms have stopped.-Handsinks clean and stocked and available.-Restrooms clean and stocked.-Hot holding temperatures good. Rice 197F; chicken 182F; beans 156F; ground beef 150F.-Cold holding temperatures good. Tomato 39F; salsa 38F; cheese 39F.-Walk in cooler at 36F. Salsa 38F; tomato 38F. Items properly stored and date marked. Neat and organized. Lights properly shielded.-Walk in freezer at -6F. All items frozen and stored properly. Lights properly shielded.-Observed proper thawing.-Facility is using pasteurized egg mixture for breakfast items.-Cutting boards smooth and clean.-Observed proper utensil storage and proper knife storage. All clean.-Sanitizer at 100 ppm Chlorine.-3 compartment sink set up properly. Sanitizer at 100 ppm Chlorine.-Observed proper food storage.-Observed proper chemical storage.-No signs of pests or vermin.-Outside garbage stored properly.Per manager no other individuals have a CFPM certificate and no individuals have taken the CFPM exam and failed the exam within the past year.

General Comments that relate to this Inspection Notes: Ok to issue permit to operate. Facility will be a risk catagory 2. The following items must be corrected within 30 days; 02/15/16; or a reinspection fee may be charged and the permit may be suspended.-Reapply caulking around drive thru handsink.-Reapply caulking around the base of the toilets in the mens and womens restrooms.-Repair broken wall coving tile in the front dining area by the trash receptacles.-Repair torn wallpaper in the hallway by the restrooms so walls are smooth and easily cleanable.-Facility was clean and organized.-Equipment was clean and in good repair.-Walk in cooler and freezer were at proper temperatures. Shelving was in good repair. Floors were clean; lights were properly shielded.-Hot holding equipment was working properly.-No signs of pests or vermin. -Did not observe holes in walls.
