Arrived on site to conduct 90 day routine inspection. Store was dark and looked very unorganized. Store appears to not be operating. Inspector will follow-up with operator to determine status of operation.

The items noted on the previous inspection conducted on 2/1/2013 have been corrected.Ok to issue permit to operate.Restroom hand sink is stocked and functional.Temperature of two walk-in coolers checked at below 40 F on previous inpsection. Coolers are off at this time.Risk category 1 assigned. No Certified Food Protection Manager is required. Establishment may not sell or serve any potentially hazardous food products such as hot dogs; corn dogs; etc. that are not commercially prepackaged.Plans to open 2/11/2013
