THEY ARE PURCHASING CREAM CHEESE FROM ON ONSITE VENDOR AND SELLING IT WITH CRACKERS. NO FOOD ON-SITE AT TIME OF INSPECTION.DISCUSSED NO BARE HAND CONTACT WITH READY TO EAT FOODS. MUST HAVE A BARRIER BETWEEN BARE HANDS AND READY TO EAT FOODS WITH TONGS; GLOVES; UTENSILS; ETC.FACILITY ONLY HAS 1 CFPM.FACILITY HAS NOT HAD ANYONE FAIL CFPM TEST WITHIN THE LAST YEAR.

Cheese and meats will be sliced or portioned for service.RIsk category 2 assigned.
