    RV Park sells alcohol to residents. Please post alcohol warning on site. A copy of alcohol warning at time of inspection.

    All cold holding checked OK and recorded < 40 F. Reach in icecream freezer recorded < 0 F.All dairy dates current. Coffee pots must be washed with soap and water than rinsed than sanitized with bleach and water at concentrations between 50-100 ppm. Coffee pots; and any food service utensils must go through the 3-step cleaning process: 1) wash; 2) rinse and 3) sanitize. Facility has chlorine test strips. Facility also bakes cookies in a tabletop oven. All equipment must go through 3 step process. Cookies are preformed balls (Otis spunkmeyer brand). Handsinks properly stocked with liquid soap and sanitary disposable towels.No chemicals stored next to food. All chemicals stored properly.All food stored properly. No damaged food products sold to pubic. First in ; first out method of rotation is being done at store.

Handsinks properly stocked with liquid soap and sanitary disposable towels.Floors swept and wet mopped daily.Coffee pots are washed rinsed and sanitized with chlorine sanitizer in two compartment sink in back office.     Reviewed with operator to wash; rinse and sanitize coffee pots in 2 compartment sink. All food service equipment such as coffee pots must be 1) Washed with soapy detergent and water 2) rinsed in clear water and than 3) Submersed in saniter water such as bleach and water and than allowed to air dry. Reviewed with operator proper makeup of bleach and water. Use one cap of bleach to one gallon of water. Test sanitzer to be at levels between 50-100 ppm. Acquire proper chlorine test strips. Test strips may be acquired at a chemical/cleaning supply or restaurant supply store. * Do not wash or rinse coffee pots in mop sink.
