Provide quat. (orange color) test strips to ensure sanitizer is maintained at 200-400 ppm quat.
[1] Premises free of litter; unnecessary articles; equipment/personal articles properly stored; authorized personnel Operator removed previously noted unnecessary articles; however; observed several new items: non-functioning equipment such as sinks; steam table and pile of bare wood. Remove all unnecessary articles and only store equipment needed for the operation of the facility.

[1] Installed; maintained Spray nozzle on three comp. sink observed hanging below the rim of the basins. Repair nozzle to ensure sprayer is stored above the rim of the basins when not in use.
