Notes:-handsinks stocked; observed good employee handwashing-restrooms stocked and clean-handled scoops in use for handling roasted coffee-2 compartment sink and test strips available-food properly stored-chemicals labeled and properly stored-product labeled appropriately-no pest issues noted at time of inspection-discussed employee health - ensure anyone with gastrointestinal symptoms (vomiting / diarrhea) is excluded for 48 hours after symptoms stop.

OBSERVATIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS:- Coffee roasting and packaging only.- No evidence of prohibited rodent or insect- There was a slight accumulation of coffee beans; debris on the floor - Clean on a frequency which will prevent the attraction of pests and ensure that hard to reach places (e.g. espresso cabinet) are also cleaned on a routine basis.
