Chicken tenders (116�°F) and cooked french fries (116�°F) stored in the kitchen hot holding unit located next to the west facing kitchen hand sink were below 135 degrees.
Tomatoes (46�°F), shredded cheese (45�°F) and lettuce (50�°F) stored in the kitchen cold top refrigerator located across from the grill were above 41�°F.
Two shut off valves were present down stream of the atmospheric vacuum breaker on the mop sink.
